|Recommended: YesQuiet Place But Bathroom Repairs Not Complete Before Move-In — I love the quietness of the location, and the layout of the regular 2-bedroom is perfect for me in that one of the bedrooms is not adjacent to any neighbors' walls so it's blissfully much more quiet. The only major, significant problem I personally had in my experience THUS FAR is that the office failed to notify me properly and with adequate advanced notice that the bathtub in my apartment would NOT have some moderate repairs done before my actual move-in date. Almost the entire bottom surface has the glaze paint chipped off, and the drain area fixtures are super rusted and not properly attached. It was super dusty and grimy with concrete powder and black grits too. I only found out about the tub situation when I called them 1.5 days before move-in, and it looked way worse than the office implied when I actually saw it the next day. When I asked, they could not give me any estimate about when the repairs would be done, even if MONTHS passed. All they did was tell me to use a bathmat until repairs can get scheduled and done they didn't even offer to provide me one or reimburse and that I would also have to shower outside in another building for 24 hours when the repairs did get done in order to let the paint dry. They offered to allow me use of their office showers, but this is totally unsafe in that I shower late at night before bed and I don't want to shower only to walk outside for a block and get all sweaty and gross again. Completely disrespectful, unprofessional, and unsafe way of handling this specific situation. Love the apartment itself and location, but this was a terribly unpleasant way to start my tenancy with this proverbial slap in the face.

|Recommended: YesBest Kept Secret In Attleboro. — I am a long time resident here at Brookhaven. I can't say enough about the efforts the office an maintenance staff go to, to make Brookhaven a wonderful place to live. During Covid they assured great service, and plenty of communication, so we were kept on top of the policies here. Our grownds are just beautiful, thanks to Tera Firma and the building cleaning staff keep the common areas fresh. Kudos also to Earle's Carpet cleaning always professional and they do an outstanding job. The High Efficiency laundry machines are a plus also. If I could make one recommendation, it would be to build a relationship with a storage unit company to offer Brookhaven residents a discount. All in all, This is a great place to hang your hat..or as my friend would say, this is the best kept secret in Attleboro. Thanks also to Nate Adams who makes get togethers for the residents extra special.

My neighbors are kind and courteous, the staff is amazing and the grounds remain beautiful. I can’t speak highly enough about Melissa, Kaitlin, Tom and Scott. These people love their jobs and it shows. The care and attention they pay to their tenants is truly outstanding.

|Recommended: YesWinter Plowing And Weather Conditions — So far living at Brook Haven Estates has been fantastic. The management is very responsive, maintenance is quick and efficient and the neighbors are friendly and respectful. My only negative is the winter plowing. Our first winter here was okay but after a snow storm, the parking lots and main driveways weren't plowed thoroughly and the parking lots were unsalted making it difficult to drive out of the complex.
